Shipping and Return Policy
Most items ship within 24 hours after the order has been completed. Our normal means of shipping is the United States Postal Service. However at times and at our discretion we will use other carriers to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Items usually arrive within 2-5 business days once the order is completed. Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments.
To help safeguard you against identity theft the billing country listed for the credit/debit card you are using and the country that the order was placed from must match (no exceptions).
We do our very best to ensure every item that we ship leaves our facility undamaged however sometimes during transit items can become damaged. If your shipment arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours at this address https://www.fragranceforce.com/contact-us/ . We will provide you with all the necessary information to return the item(s). If your shipment arrives obviously damaged (sound of broken glass or leaking) please do not open it. If the item is opened then it must be returned to us with all the original packaging (no exceptions). Customer pays for return shipping. Once we receive the return we will offer you an even exchange for a duplicate item,a store credit or a refund,the choice is yours.
